Just browsing: nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Placing an order: your name, phone number and delivery address, the products and quantities you chose, your payment preference, and whether you have an old battery to exchange. You cannot deliver a battery to an order number, so this is collected only at the moment you place an order — and the form says so above the fields, not just here.

Tapping “Book” on a product: only the product and the time. An enquiry holds no name, no number and no address — there are no customer details in it to protect.

Order details are stored on the shop’s own server, in one place, readable only by the shop. They are deleted automatically after 90 days — the deletion runs itself, it is not a promise to get around to it.

Want your details gone sooner? Call or WhatsApp +91 80077 70907 with your order reference and they are removed outright — “wait ninety days” is not an answer we give.

Your details are used to deliver and install what you ordered and for nothing else. We do not sell them, rent them, or share them with anyone except as needed to complete your own order. No third-party analytics or advertising scripts run on this site.

The site sets no cookies for visitors. Your basket lives in your own browser’s storage, on your device — which is why it survives a closed tab, and why we cannot see it. The one cookie the site uses at all belongs to the shop staff’s admin sign-in and is never set for customers.

When you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation happens on WhatsApp — a Meta service with its own privacy terms. The site only opens the chat; it does not read it.

The website takes no payment today. When online payment goes live, your card or UPI details will be entered with the payment provider on their secure systems — never on our server. We will receive confirmation that a payment happened and its reference, not your card number.
