BatteryMart is the trading name of Fluxenergy Power Solutions LLP, Shop No. 3, Jyoti Garden Society, Near Samarth Balwadi, Dhankwadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411043. Anywhere this site says “we” or “the shop”, that is who it means — and it is the name you will see on your invoice, and on your bank statement if you pay us electronically.

Placing an order on this site is a request to buy, not a completed sale. Nothing is charged on the website today. We confirm stock, the final price and your delivery slot with you on the phone or WhatsApp, and the order stands once we have spoken. The payment method you pick at checkout is a preference — it tells us how you would like to settle, and we arrange it with you directly.

When online payment goes live on this site, a payment will count as made only once the payment provider has confirmed it to us — never before.

• Prices are indicative and can change without notice. They follow the price lists we hold for July–August 2026, and those are revised without warning — we confirm the final price with you on WhatsApp or the phone before anything is dispatched, including for orders placed through the checkout.
• All prices include GST.
• A struck-through figure is the manufacturer's published MRP. Any saving shown is measured against that, not against an invented list price.
• Installation is charged on top of the price and applied as per site — ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 approximately. A straight swap onto existing wiring sits at the lower end, a first fit at the upper. We confirm the figure before starting work, and if your wiring needs extra material we tell you that cost first too.
• Free home delivery is already inside the price shown. Confirm your area with us when you order.
• Warranty is the manufacturer's and is handled through us. The exact terms, including any pro-rata period, are on each product's Details.
• Stock is confirmed at the time of order. Where a model is unavailable we will offer the nearest equivalent and tell you the price difference.
• Placing an order on this site is a request to buy, not a completed sale. Nothing is charged online today, and the order is confirmed once we have spoken to you.
• Errors and omissions excepted.

Everything we sell is genuine stock with the manufacturer’s warranty, handled through us. The exact warranty period and any pro-rata split are stated on each product’s own card and Details sheet — those figures come from the manufacturers’ price lists, and the warranty card must be stamped by us at the time of purchase.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute falls to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra — though in practice, ring the shop first: almost everything is settled with one conversation.
