Full vs pro-rata
On the warranty card

Ask us before you buy: this manufacturer publishes the total only. How much of it is straight replacement and how much is pro-rata is on their warranty card — we will confirm it in writing when you order.

To keep it valid

  • Warranty card must be stamped at installation — we do this on delivery
  • Damage from a voltage surge outside the stated range is not covered
  • Servicing by anyone other than the brand's engineer voids it
