Guarantee & warranty

48 months manufacturer warranty

24 + 24months, as the price list prints it

Full replacement
24 months (2 years)
Pro-rata after that
24 months (2 years)

What pro-rata means: inside the full replacement window you get a new battery. After that, the manufacturer pays a share of a new one based on how much of the warranty is left — you pay the rest.

To keep it valid

  • Keep the water topped up to the marked level with distilled water only
  • Warranty card must be stamped at installation — we do this on delivery
  • Damage from wrong charging, tampering or a cracked case is not covered
